Allowe Training Resources provide;

1.LEARNING MATERIAL (LM) is provided in PDF PowerPoint format for delivery of unit material by trainer to student. This material can be delivered by one or more of the following delivery styles.

* Printing a hard copy of PDF document for each student for in class or salon learning with a trainer. Recommend a colour print out to fully appreciate the coloured illustrations. Each student should be provided with a ring bound folder that is capable of housing each unit that is provided to the student.

* Screening the LM on computer for salon or class room learning for trainer delivery of material.

* Having the LM accessed by individual students on a computer in a salon or class room for self pace learning. This is ideal for students at different stages within the unit or mixed groups being taught by the one trainer.

2. VIDEOS are supplied for some units as part of student learning material.

3. STUDENT ASSESSMENT INFORMATION (SAI) provides each student with summative assessment task information. Each student is to receive a copy and must date and sign it with the trainer explaining the document to the student.

4. TRAINER DELIVERY GUIDE (TDG) provides the trainer with assessment information and trainer’s checklists for preparation of the training session.

5. STUDENT QUESTION AND ANSWER (SQB) is the knowledge questions assessment for selected units.

6. TRAINER ANSWER BOOK (TQ&A) is the trainer’s answers to knowledge questions for selected units. These are allocated to their corresponding performance criteria.

7. TRAINER’S VERBAL QUESTIONS (TVQ) provide trainers with questions to ask students while student is participating in formative assessments and observation summative assessment tasks.

8. TRAINER ASSESSMENT CHECKLIST (TAC) provides checklists for all evidence gathering activities. Formative activities require acknowledgment from the assessor that the activies have been satisfactorily completed. Summative assessment tasks require student evidence to be collected and attached.

9. MAPPING GUIDE provides mapping of learning material and assessments. Each performance criteria is mapped to information contained on specific pages within the learning material.The skills and knowledge, range statement and critical aspects of evidence is mapped to the elements. The formative assessments and summative assessment are mapped to the elements they relate to. Employability skills are assessed within formative and summative assessment tasks.
